No relief to Prashant Kishor from the court in copyright case

Patna, Mar 3 (IECurrentAffairs)The District Judge Rudra Prakash Mishra today refused to grant interim relief to the political strategist and former JD (U) leader Prashant Kishore in connection with a case related to fraud and cheating.

While hearing the anticipatory bail petition of Prashant Kishor the judge did not grant him any relief prayed by his lawyer.
The anticipatory bail petition Prashant Kishor is also pending.
The judge transfers the case in the court of additional district session judge 12.
The matter would be heard again on March 3.
Mr Kishore had filed anticipatory bail petition before the court on March 2 in connection with the case.
