Lalit Saraswat nominated as Chairman of CII Goa Council

Panaji, Mar 6 (IEBusiness) Sancoale Shipping Ltd Director Lalit Saraswat was nominated as the Chairman of CII Goa Council while Blaise Costabir as Vice Chairman at the recently concluded CII Goa Annual Meeting 2019.

According to a statement from the CII Goa Council, Mr Saraswat is a serial entrepreneur. He is CEO of Sancoale Technologies – a trusted Digital Marketing company that helps clients in Europe and Asia grow by leveraging the Digital advantage. He is also into Hospitality with a hotel in Goa and is distributor in Goa for Titan and Fastrack brands.

Mr Saraswat, a BE (Mechanical, Honours) from REC Jaipur, has attended management programs from IIMA and IIMB. He has been associated with CII in various capacities. Former member of Paul Harris Fellow, he has worked with underprivileged schools. An amateur photographer, he also dabbles with acrylics on canvas.

Blaise Costabir, Managing Director, GMI Zarhak Moulders Pvt Ltd, is a first generation entrepreneur. An alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, he co-founded GMI Zarhak Moulders Pvt Ltd in 1995. It is today an Indo French JV company based in Goa. The Company manufactures proprietary plastic parts under the brand name SHAKTI.

Mr Costabir is a visiting faculty at management institutions in Goa. He was Chairman of the CII SME Sub Committee for Western Region and is Convenor of the CII Goa Manufacturing Panel. He is also a member of the SME Western Region and National panel of CII.
