Jamal Khashoggi’s disappearance a hit job by Saudi Arabia: Turkish Media Reports

Istanbul, Oct 16 (IENews) Turkish newspaper Daily Sabah has published the names and photos of 15 Saudis, including several officials, who are suspected of having assassinated Jamal Khashoggi in Riyadh’s consulate in Istanbul.

The report unarguably is the most detailed Turkish account about the reported murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi,

Daily Sabah released the identities of the Saudi operatives, who had, according to the report, arrived from Riyadh to Istanbul on two private jets and entered the Saudi mission on October 2 as Khashoggi entered the building.

The Saudis had checked in at two international hotels close to the consulate before driving to the consulate. They left Turkey that very same evening.

The suspects are all wanted by Turkish authorities for questioning in connection with Khashoggi’s disappearance.

The Daily Sabah said the Saudi nationals arrived from Riyadh to Istanbul on two private jets with the tail numbers HZ SK1 and HZ SK2. According to the report, most of them stayed at the Wyndham Grand Hotel and Movenpick Hotel, which is close to the consulate.

All of the them left early in the evening on Tuesday 2 October.
