Bhubaneswar, Oct 25 (IEBusiness) The state Level Single Window Clearance Authority of the Odisha government today approved four investment proposals worth Rs 340 crore.
The projects approved are in the sectors of metallic downstream, logistic and tourism sector.
The Single window committee chaired by Chief Secretary A P Padhi approved the proposal of a Delhi based company to set up a manufacturing unit for steel tubes and pipes with a capacity of 1,80,000 tonnes per annum with an investment of rs 130 crore at Kalinganagar industrial complex, Jajpur.
The committee also approved a proposal to set up a unit to manufacture steel doors and windows at kalinganagar industrial complex with an investment of rs 92 crore.
The proposal for setting upm of a logistic park in Khurda district with 600 KW roof top solar power plant with an investment of Rs 66.79 crore was cleared by the committee.
The proposal of a berhampur based real estate company to set up a resort at Banthapalli village in Berhampur with an investment of Rs 50.48 crore was approved. The resort will have cottage, banquest hall restaurant and health club.
The single window committee recommended investment proposals of around Rs 12,600 crore in downstream aluminum, petrochemical and chemical ssectors to High Level Clearance Authority for consideration.
