Phagwara, Dec 11 (UNI) Indian National Congress leaders on Tuesday termed the assembly election results as a sign of the mood of the nation, which saw in party president Rahul Gandhi the youthful change it needed to bring India back on the track of development, hallmark of the erstwhile United Progressive Alliance regime under Dr Manmohan Singh.
